Ornamental Trees

  • Known as the English Oak, this is a large spreading tree, with a low-branching canopy growing to a height of 20 metres. Oblong, wavy, dark green leaves cover erect branches forming a pyramidal shape as the tree matures.
  • Known as the Cyprus Oak, this is a dense columnar shaped tree growing to a height of 15 metres. Oblong, wavy, dark green leaves cover erect branches forming a pyramidal shape as the tree matures.
  • This narrow pyramidal shaped tree with attractive symmetrical branching will grow to a height of 11 metres. Leaves are glossy dark green, changing to orange through to reds and purples in Autumn.
  • Aristocrat is broadly conical in shape, with strong horizontal branching. Its leaves are a glossy dark green with wavy edges, changing to brilliant autumn foliage of yellows and reds. Grows to 12 meters tall
  • A conical shaped tree growing to a height of 12 metres. Leaves are rounded, glossy, and dark green, changing to orange through to reds and burgundy in Autumn.

  • Vulcan magnolia has large (up to 25cm) stunning deep magenta blooms which are borne on bare branches in early Spring. Very large, dark green leaves appear after flowering. Flowers within the first few seasons.
  • The London Plane is a very hardy large spreading tree that grows to a height of 20 metres. This tree has unusual bark of mottled greys and fawns that flakes off during Winter. It has large, thick, green leaves shaped similar to a Maple.
  • The Lombardy Poplar is a narrow, upright, fast growing tree to a height of 20 metres. It has heart shaped bright green leaves, darkening through Summer and turning golden in Autumn.
  • Spectacular large deep burgundy flowers and black-red tulip like buds are produced on this hardy frost resistant dwarf form of Magnolia.
  • A medium size tree with a fast growth rate and an open, rounded pendulous habit. The new fern-like foliage is golden at the tips of the branches, and pale green throughout the rest of the tree.
